For some reason I can’t find the content partner section to add redeem my Xbox pass. Can someone help me?
Hi @KingBeck, welcome to the forum and thanks for your post.
As you have the BTID set up check that you've no old closed accounts linked to your BTID.
You need to log in to the web as the section is not available on the app.
If you are a new customer the section will become available a few days after your first bill payment is collected.

Hi @KingBeck, thanks for your reply. Do you have another email address you use that hasn't been used as a BTID?
If so then set up a BTID for your new account and claim the account holder status and the new BTID will work ok. Create BT ID
