You don't have any accounts you can manage

My account states "You don't have any accounts you can manage" even though I have an account number and I am the owner. Even after adding the account it says "it can take up to 5 minutes for this to get updated" it never does.

This seems to be a not uncommon occurrence looking at the forum, but all answers are not visible. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry you aren't able to manage your account through your BT ID. If you send me your details, I'll be able to get that fixed.
