message now doesn't do anything when i click on it even though its illuminated???
maybe try different browser works for me on pc using chrome or edge mobile maybe needs to be in desktop view
just tried on diff ones on computer and then on my mobile everytime nothing happens ??
did you switch mobile to desktop view
you maybe need to clear cache on your browser but certainly works no problem for me
If the contact is message is not working then give BT a quick call and they can refund it for you
