broadband cancellation

 

I cancelled my broadband in April , after the giving appropriate notice ,my contract ending 06 april 2023  on the date my 2 year contract ended. I received email from BT confirming that all my services would stop on that date, April 06 of which i have copies. I have now received a bill for June £68 even after being assured by customer service that all had been cancelled. Today i find i have been charged another £89 for stopping my service in June a total of £157.00 even though services cancelled from 06 April....I need to make a complaint because I cant seem to resolve it through customer service . I have cancelled my direct debit but afraid it will ruin my credit score. Would appreciate any help i can get please, seem to be hitting a brick wall.
