Our fibre was supposed to go live on 17th June 2022 but due to cable duct issues requiring another visit by OpenReach it didn't go live until 6th July 2022 and I was told by a number of customer services reps that I would be compensated £5.25 for every day that it wasn't working which works out to £99.25.
I just got an email to say that my next bill is ready which is due end of this month but these credits aren't showing on the bill, how do I claim them or will they automatically come off the bill?

Hi, @WelshDave the compensation is applied automatically within 30 days of your order completion, so it should be on your BT account by the 5th of August.

My payment date is I think 26th July so it will be credited against the bill charged at the end of August I am guessing then?
