reward card

Not received my reward card of £75 Had email and text that my digital reward would be with me shortly on 29th of DEC 2021 Renewed my boardband  & phone on 14 th Dec 2021

I am sorry for the delay receiving your reward card.  Please give our helpdesk a call on 0800 800 150 so that my colleagues can investigate this for you.

Hi Robbbie

Just spoken to one of your colleagues and she was very helpful. She says my order was placed, but the card department  can not see my order and asked if i can try to reclaim my reward online. I have tried and couldn't do it, so she advised that she would try to push for the £75 to be put into my BT account. She didn't say how long it would take though?
