How it works? Is this a mistake?
I switched to a plan that includes 12 months free (literally from their email — You're eligible for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 12 months included). And 2 hours after the previous letter, this email:
Thanks for activating your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.
It'll be £10.00 a month. You'll see this on your bill.
But a month later, a £10 subscription charge appeared in my billing. Is this like this for everyone?
