App not showing billing

My BT app has never shown mobile billing or usage. I always get the error: "sorry, we can't show your mobile usage at the moment" or "sorry, your billing and usage isn't available at the moment".

Has anyone else solved this?

Hi @mikeluck81, welcome to the forum and sorry that the app does not show your billing or usage.

Have you checked on the web at BT.com Log in and see if you can see the usage there or get the same error?
Are you using an IOS or Android device?
Try uninstalling and install the app again to see if that resolves the issue.

Hi @mikeluck81, thanks for checking that on the web. 

Do you have more than 1 account linked to your BTID? If yes, then you will be able to change to the other account from the drop-down option beside your account number.

I get the same for all 3 SIMs.

I think I'll have to give them a call.
