BT CLoud

I can't log into the BT Cloud app, I've uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail.

I've looked at some comments in the app store and followed them, however there is nothing on my account page to activate BT Cloud.

I keep on getting error 900304

Hi @Greeny75,

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. I'm sorry if you're having problems activating BT Cloud.

Have you tried the steps as shown here - How to activate BT Cloud? 

  1. Log in to www.bt.com/mybt using your BT ID
  2. Go to Your Products
  3. From the Broadband panel, select Manage
  4. Scroll down to the BT Cloud panel and Activate

If you still can't activate BT Cloud after following those steps, I'll need to get this investigated.

Can someone please sort out the IPad version of BT Cloud, these problems have been around for months.

I am on version 21.12.72 on IPad OS 15.5, 

BT Cloud will not display more than 50 Album Thumbnails regardless of the number of Albums you have, I have nearly 200.

In trying to add new pictures to an album the roller at the bottom of the screen will not go above letter D in the album list. 

Adding more than 3 or 4 to an album takes ages or just locks up completely.

 

PLEASE SORT THIS OUT.
