<p>From 31 October 2024, BT Cloud has <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">closed</a> and all data will soon be deleted.</p>
Can anyone give some help. My BTCloud icon is displayed as connected in the bottom right hand corner of my screen. However it isnt connected, my dashboard isnt available and it isnt syncing. Can anyone offer a solution or suggestions.
