Sure this has probably been asked numerous times...
With BT Cloud closing, I want to download my files. When I download from the browser it simply downloads files and top level folders, no sub folders or files In those.
Therefore installed BT Cloud desktop APP (on Mac) and. doesn't seem to work, it is running according to. activity monitor but I can't see any way of accessing it.
Any ideas?
