Hello, I have been trying to log into BT cloud, however I get an error message stating "Something went wrong BT cloud is no longer available. Error code MBB3-01"
I am aware that this is not available to people registering after October 2022 however I have definitely had BT cloud long before this and have many pictures stored within. Please can someone advise me who to contact? I am new to the community so unsure if chosen the correct board.

Hi Neil, we have resolved as the BT cloud was in my husbands name.
