BT Cloud error message

Hello, I have been trying to log into BT cloud, however I get an error message stating "Something went wrong BT cloud is no longer available. Error code MBB3-01"

I am aware that this is not available to people registering after October 2022 however I have definitely had BT cloud long before this and have many pictures stored within. Please can someone advise me who to contact? I am new to the community so unsure if chosen the correct board.

Hi, @PowellS Thanks for posting, I'm, sorry to see you're experiencing an error when accessing BT Cloud. When you log in to MyBT with the same credentials that you use for BT Cloud is the correct account number shown?

Hi Neil, we have resolved as the BT cloud was in my husbands name.
