I have used BT Cloud for many years on my Laptop and phone. My Laptop, windows 10, recently died and I can not get into it. I need to download my documents in the cloud onto my new Laptop, Windows 11, but I am having trouble installing the Cloud App on the new Laptop. When I try to go into it I just get the message 503 Service unavailable. HELP how do I get all my docs back? I am not a techy person just want to get on with my life.

Are you trying to download the app from the App store?

I last accessed the cloud on 18 April on my old/broken laptop but have used it on my phone since then.
I tried to download thru www.bt.com/cloud/download
I can't see the BT cloud App in the Microsoft Apps
