BT Cloud says "You've run out of space in the local disk G"

BT Cloud says "You've run out of space in the local disk G and we cannot continue".

I have more than 18gb free on drive G: which is an external drive.  I have uninstalled BT Cloud and reinstalled it, but it is just the same.

Hi @teragram,

I am sorry to see that your Cloud service isn't working as it should be.

Have you spoken with our faults department to get this fixed?

Hi Daniel.  I haven't found a way to speak to anyone about faults on BT Cloud.

BT got in touch and connected to my PC to look at the problem.  He decided that it was a problem with the software and it will be fixed in an upgrade.  Meanwhile he said don't use backup at the same time and the sync will work.  It did while he was looking at my pc, but it doesn't now.  I am uploading everything manually which takes forever!
