Can someone tell the address to this post code for BT repairs as it says it does not exist XX50 5NN

Hi, @lornagg our returns warehouses use non-geographic postcodes that start with XX. Royal Mail will know where to deliver it to.

I contacted Royal Mail and they said that they would not be able to come and collect the parcel from my address as it did not recognise the tracking code or the post code on the label.

Hi @lornagg,

I am so sorry that this is happening. We've been using this address for years and the Post Office have been deliverying them to us. They're deliverying them to us daily right now so we know that they do recognise it. It's strange that they're not recognising it.

Could you try them again and if they still refuse to do it, let me know and I'll send you a private message.
