This did not help. Still getting the same error message.
Now when I click on the Norton link on my PC browser it goes nowhere! Is there anyone looking at this in BT? Do I have to find another password manager elsewhere and pay for it?

I've cleared my cookies and cache - no change, I still have the problem.
Mine seems OK now. Still not good enough though. Still might move to another password manager. One that I can trust!
As of 16:00 The vault is working again
Managed to download for the first time, and appears to be working fine now. Thanks.
