Re: BT Virus Protect switch to Norton

Having done this and re-installing Chrome (As directed by BT agent) I've lost all Norton protection and can't add it back due to the server error preventing login.

Re: BT Virus Protect switch to Norton

Now when I click on the Norton link on my PC browser it goes nowhere! Is there anyone looking at this in BT? Do I have to find another password manager elsewhere and pay for it?

Hi JohnC2,

I've cleared my cookies and cache - no change, I still have the problem.

Re: BT Virus Protect switch to Norton

Mine seems OK now. Still not good enough though. Still might move to another password manager. One that I can trust!

Re: Norton Password Manager - Server Error

It looks like this issue is fixed.

Password Manager app updated? I had to reinstall it.

It all seems OK now.

Managed to download for the first time, and appears to be working fine now.  Thanks.
