Anyone know why I can’t get access to any of my information on my app? It’s been like this for weeks now. I can login with my 4 digit code and see my home page but this message appears when I try to access my bills or usage.
Phoned BT and they didn’t know what to do. My app has the latest update already. I can access my account through safari but not through the app.
Can anyone help or have any suggestions?
Hi @Bethany04, welcome to the forum and sorry you're having a problem with the app.
Have you tried uninstalling the app and installing it again as this often helps to resolve issues. If you haven't already then I would suggest you try this.

Hi @Bethany04, thanks for the update.
Check you have no open orders on your account as this can cause this error message until the order is completed.
Also if you have more than one account on your BTID that you're trying to view the correct account on the app.
