i am trying to activate BT Virus Protect and Norton Password manager but I keep getting a server error. I am the account holder and I have only 1 account. How can I resolve this problem?
Hi @WellG welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.
Please would you check that you've claimed the Account Holder Status. Go to My BT > Your Details > Account and click “I should be the Account holder”
What type of device are you trying to set this up on? ie PC, Laptop, Mobile etc
