I am trying to set up parental controls via the My Bt app for my broadband. However, when I sign into the BT APP which I have tried from multiple devices, I get no option for 'manage my extras' I have cleared the cache but had no joy. I have recently moved my broadband and tv to BT from Sky...and I can honestly say the whole thing has been a nightmare and I wish I had stayed with Sky. I am a tech savvy person, but everything with BT is so clunky.

I have followed your instructions and selected
Your products
Broadband
However, I then come to an error screen that says 'sorry we can't show you your details right now, we are working to fix the problem at the moment. Please come back later'
So still unable to install parental controls, which is very important.
