Bt wifi app

My bt wifi is getting connected next week but they said I can use the wifi app for local hotshots etc. I've download it but it won't let me sign in. I'm using the same details I use to login to my bt homepage. The error msg is in the screenshot.

Hi @Gilli76 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, are you using an old BT ID that you had before placing your new order for service?

No I didn't have a bt ID till I signed up for bt fibre last week
