Hi,
I recently moved in to a new flat and ordered Bt broadband. The installation date was scheduled on 25 March so I was left without internet for whole month. I saw a btwifi network with a good signal so I bought the 30 day package and it worked fine just once. Now I cannot connect with any of my devices, it doesn't work completely so I would like to get a refund but I am unable to find a place where I can do it.

You should not have to pay, as when you placed your order and created a BT ID, you are normally allowed to use that while your service is being provided.

"Since March 2009 all new BT Broadband customers are automatically members of BT Wi-fi. You’ll need confirmation of your broadband order and to set up a BT ID >
There's no need to wait for your broadband to be installed. You can start using our BT Wi-fi hotspots as soon as you receive your order confirmation."
My order is still pending so maybe that's wy I cannot see the bt wifi in my products. Anyway it does not work and I wasted money so Id like to get a refund
This is a customer help customer community forum and your post does not go to BT.
You need to phone BT 150 OR 0800800150 from a mobile to discuss a refund
Hi, @erykjarosz I'm sorry to see you're BT wifi service is not working.
If you click on the contact link @Keith_Beddoe posted you'll find the contact number and email for the BT wifi team who'll be able to help with your refund request.
Thanks
Neil
