Claiming reward

Hello, first time posting, I see there’s other questions regarding claiming reward so hopefully someone will answer and have a look at my account for me please.

When I follow the link to claim my reward it takes me to my account but there is no where on my account to claim reward. I do have an old account on there but again, there’s nothing on there either.

Hi @lucyjderrick I'm sorry about that, the old account might have caused issues with the claim page in MyBT. 

If you message us on this link a Guide will be able to help with your claim.
