Has anyone figured this out the coms for chat is terrible can't get any help my situation sounds similar to the above
Activate parent controls within BT it says to come back in two hours
2 hours pass and nothing has changed just the same old activate choice
Chat doesn't help
Different devices change nothing
All the guidance is way out of date!!!!
Awful user experience if I am being honest and using out-of-date help is just pure lazy BT get your selves sorted this is not a cheap service but it sure as hell feels like one
