Content partners

Hi

I'm trying to claim my x box game pass but can't see the content partners section on the website.

I only have one account and have paid my first bill

is your order shown as completed in MYBT?  when was activation?

you must use pc/laptop not the app

Activation was a few months ago and yes using PC. Thank you

Hi @JB1976, the bt.com team have checked and said your 'Content partners' section is now available. Please will you check and if possible check on another PC/laptop if it's not showing.

Hi @JB1976, log into your BTID and choose the 'Your products' tab like below.
 

 

Then you will see the 'Content Partners' section at the bottom like the screenshot below.
