Getting code on two different browsers.
If I go in via MY BT products I get the same.
If I google bt cloud and get to the www. btcloud.bt.download,
I get 503 service not available

Hello, I don't know if this will work for all but I too experienced this same error code so I deleted all my cookies & was able to log in straightaway. Hope this helps somebody but might not work for all?
Hi No I haven't got an old URL though I have tried typing in the BT cloud URL direct but this just takes me to the standard login screen and fails error MBB3-04 when I input Userid and valid password. (I have tried an invalid password just in case the error pops up regardless but it didn't, it requires a valid one) I access BT Cloud only from the desktop version. I have also noticed the address bar returns a numeric only error number 900304 which is similar to the MBB3-04 user friendly? version.
The clear cookies/cache trick worked once only.
Now back to no access error MBB3-4
Come on BT get a fix for your customers!
What I have been doing, which does work.
1. Log on
2. Get the error code
3. Click the URL which I saved
