Unfortunately the website test is an end to end test. It doesn’t test just to the hub as the app test used to do.

As stated the MyBT has been broken due to a bugged release.

This is a customer help customer and your post does not go to BT so you could  try CS 03301234150 but I doubt they will have any idea of timescale of fix

It is a bug. The Moderators have confirmed this and the release is under investigation. You can find this on other topics.
