Hello, I signed up to full fibre 500 with 6 month free Xbox game pass, I’ve had my internet and tv set up for one month now and still haven’t received my email to set up my free Xbox game pass, my order is complete and I’ve called a couple of times to be told it will be sent out in 5 days waited 5 days and I’ve had to call again as still nothing and when I call up they have no idea what’s going on anyone had this problem before and how do I fix??

I am sorry for the problems you're having setting up your Xbox Game Pass. You should be able to log in to your BTID to set the pass up. When you log into your BTID and you're on the home page, scroll down to the "content partner section" where you should see the link to activate the pass.
