I am experiencing this issue. As described. It's not reverted since December 2022 or January 2023 since I ended the free 12month period and opted out via MyBT.
Please can you assist?

Unfortunately its complaining about HTML language used, I put in my email address as requested and its now saying I have reached the limit in the number of messages I can send without having sent any because I have been restricted.
I have used notepad and managed to reply directly to you. Kind regards
