On this page of the BT website: https://my.bt.com/s/apps/appsmybt/#/broadband I am trying to manage BT Virus Protect, by clicking on the Manage button shown in the image below, but I get a server error, screenshot below.
This is the error I see when I click on the above Manage button:
I get the same error on the BT smartphone app (My BT App).
Do BT engineers read this website, and will they respond to such problems?
Hi @Elms I've responded to your other thread, the error is due to your BT ID username not being in the format of an email address.
