Hi!
I've downloaded the app and it's in an endless loop of "something went wrong..." so I'm unable to log in.
Can log into the website fine.
Have deleted the app, reinstalled, changed my password and restarted the phone.
Anyone managed to resolve this?
Hi @Reardonk, welcome to the forum and sorry you're getting this error on the MyBT app.
Are you able to access the MyBT on a web browser at www.bt.com/mybt?
Do you have more than 1 account linked to your BTID?

Yeah I can access my account via the website without an issue.
And yes there's two accounts, an old (closed/closing) and a new one.
