I have the latest version of the app but it keeps crashing.
Shows the error message and tells me to restart the app.
I have an Xperia 5 and I'm running the latest android 11 from Sony.
I do have pretty tight controls on my DNS but can't see anything blocked that relates to BT sites.
Anything I should be trying?

Would you try uninstalling the app and installing it again and see if the problem persists?

Yes I'm afraid it still does.
I even tried a reboot in between but still no joy.

Can I ask if/how this got resolved? I'm having exactly the same issue - and yes I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
I've not used the app for ages but then when I did today it told me it needed to be updated. I ran the update and it now just sticks in a loop of crashing, saying to restart it and repeat ad-infinitum!
What can I do please?

I got nowhere with this either. There's nothing on the app worth using anyway so I just gave up.
If I need my bills I go to the website.
