Yes, once again it's not available. It's just as well this isn't a critical service.......
You could argue that not having access to any passwords pretty much means you don't have access to the internet. Maybe BT will refund the 13% they just increased bills by!
Ironically I can still get into my Truekey vault a year after that agreement stopped, doesn't help with new or changed passwords.
I just phoned BT help and they refused to handle the call. I was told I have to contact Norton.
The customer satisfaction survey sms came in before I put the phone down.. He could not wait to get me off the phone obviously.
I have tried this with Norton Already . I do not have an account with norton. If you create an account, it is not the same one as the one with the issue so they do not call back. Still waiting for norton to call me back from the first time it failed. !!!!!!!
That sounds really poor I find the staff on live chat are usually pretty helpful I've got someone working on it at the moment...

I will not be using the norton password manager.
HAHA. True key is still showing "PREMIUM" subscription access due to BT.
Someone at BT forgot to cancel the payments. lol.
So we moved to norton for zero reasons.
