Norton Password Manager

Norton Password Manager has ceased to function on my MacBook or on my iPhone- doesn't work on Microsoft Edge or Chrome and it doesn't exist for Safari anyway. All I'm getting is endless Server Error messages. Anyone else having this problem? Or anyone know what's going on?

BTW if you use Apple products why not use Apple Keychain?
