Norton Password Manager

I'm having a frustrating time with Norton Password Manager. I cannot log into my vault. I keep getting the message "Sorry, something went wrong". There is no help on the BT pages that still have references to True Key which I understand has been dropped by the company.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

I have been having the same problem since around 3pm.  Can we have some confirmation that this is a known issue and when it might be fixed? I rely on NPM for just about everything, nearly all my passwords are random!
