I'm not able to activate Norton and getting server error. I think the problem is I am wrongly listed as account manager rather than account holder and number given on the website to ring to get this changed - 0800 111 456 - is wrong. None of the options on the general number cover this and I can't get to speak to anyone. Any idea how I can get this sorted and activate Norton??

I've tried that already and get this error message. The phone number is unobtainable. I have tried ringing BT main help number but there aren't any options to choose to deal with this and I can't get to speak to anyone! I am and have only ever been the account holder.
