Norton update

Having received letter to update online security to Norton I have deleted McAfee as instructed and downloaded Norton with difficulty.

Now I have one page telling me Norton security installed successfully and another saying Danger security at risk update immediately. So having deleted McAfee am I protected or not?

No, had a letter from BT requesting change from McAfee to Norton
