Unable to down load new Norton anti virous onto tablet. OK on laptop.checked up dates on chrome.

Sorry that you're having trouble setting up Norton.
Have you been able to install Norton ok on other devices?
Is the tablet running on Android 8.0 or a later version?

Norton only works on Android 8.0 or later so you will not be able to install it on your device.
