I've been trying without success to get the parental controls working again on my broadband and despite repeated live chats and an open complaint and multiple promises of compensation for the inconvenience nothing has happened. This has been ongoing for over a month now and seems ridiculous that this can't be fixed.
Any help would be appreciated.
DNS has been checked and is correct and the controls have been switched on and of repeatedly and still nothing is getting blocked.
