Since moving house my BT parental controls are not working. I have reset the hub, reset the level of control, tried blocking individual sites, and checked on multiple devices, but there is absolutely no restriction. I get an email telling me I have made the changes and have active parental controls, but nothing actually alters. Please could someone help? I can't get through to anyone on the chat function either.....

I'm sorry that the Parental Controls are not working for you. Would you please check that you are using BT's DNS Settings and post back to let me know?
