I seem to be experiencing the same issue . My bill has been paid but i'm still having issues finding the Xbox Link.

Sorry you're having problems claiming your game pass. Can you log in to see your bills etc? Are there more than one account on your BTiD?

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I am able to get on to my account and check bills no problem. There does seem to be an old account no on my account as well though

Hi wondering if you could help me again. So i just upgraded my package and I'm eligible for 12 months game pass, when i try to redeem it, i'm being hit with a "Unable to process request, please try again" error. Any help would be great thanks
The link has not been working for 2 weeks - this was verified by BT - I was promised a direct link in 24 business hours as this was acknowledged as a BT fault. I have not received the link as promised. Please advise and issue this as a formal complaint.

Hi @Bealey, sorry you've not received your Game Pass code. It should be emailed to you within 7 days after the online guide has completed the form on your behalf.
If 7 days have passed since you called I'll send you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll get it claimed for you.
