Hi, having the same issue - parental controls not working. We recently switched to full fibre but that was a couple of weeks again and they are still not working. Never had this problem before upgrading, can you advise?

I am sorry that it's not working right for you.
I would recommend calling in to get this sorted asap as it sounds like an issue at an account level since the change.
