I am sorry that it hasn't passed the management back to Microsoft.
When this happens, we have to get you in touch with our Xbox team who have weekly calls with Microsoft.
They will then work with Microsoft to get this fixed for you.
I'm going to send you a private message so that one of my team can pick this up, get in touch with you and then send this across to our Xbox team.

How soon can this be done? As an avid gamer myself and kids driving me up the wall this is very frustrating. @DanielS
