I also had a 12 months game pass with my fibre 900 deal, I haven’t received an email and I’ve tried everything mentioned in this thread on a mobile and laptop. When I got through to the area where it asks for a ‘code’ I left it blank and pressed continue and got charged £10 for a months game pass so now I have no clue what To do

Sorry you're having problems claiming the Xbox game pass. When you log on to your MyBT can you see your bills etc? Is there more than one account listed?
