Something went wrong

Hi,

 

I keep getting a something went wrong message when trying to log on to the My BT app.

Can you log into https://www.bt.com/mybt ok with your details?

Have you ever been able to use the MyBT app?

I can log into the website, and I have previously been able to use the app.
