WiFi access

How can I restrict access to my BT WIFI (teenager problems !!) ? When I log into the BT app (in BT WiFi Controls) it asks me to download the app - the same via a PC - yet I'm already in the app ? I spoke to BT and was told to go in via the Smart HUB manager, yet when I do I'm told "Access controls are now managed using the My BT app" !!

are you trying to restrict access to BTWIFI as you posted or is it actually the wifi from your hub with hub SSID?
