XBox Gamepass Cancellation

Hi all, wondered if anybody has found a way to remove the gamepass from their xbox account after it expires? Want to add a subscription code but it won't let me as its already managed by BT/EE. Have called up and they said it was removed, but still the same issue. Clicking on "manage" on my xbox page just brings up a blank screen.

Any help would ve greatly appreciated! Thank you
