I am trying to get Xbox Game Pass Ultimate product but every time I try and add the product it says unable to process your request. I have tried two different devices. Any suggestions?

Welcome and thanks for your post.
Sorry for the problems you're having redeeming your Xbox Game Pass. When you log in and choose "products", scroll down and you'll see the content partner section where you should be able to set up the game pass.
Have a look at that and post back to let me know how you get on, please.

Yes I can get to the section to add the game the game pass product but when I agree to the terms and conditions it comes up with a error message saying "Unable to process your request. Please try again." This message has been happening now for several days of trying.
