Thanks for that. Not to worry. managed to sort a fix. Purchase a month code via Microsoft and it’s now cleared.

I have received an email from Xbox informing me that my Game Pass is going to expire 29th Nov, 3 months earlier than it should. Previously when I searched on My BT, I could see the end subscription date as February 2025, but now, nothing. I don't know what to do as there is no way of checking this on my BT account

I'm disappointed to hear there's some confusion with the end date of your Game Pass. If you're no longer able to see the details online, I would suggest giving the team a call directly so they can double check this for you.

Hello RobbieMac,
I have been trying to cancel my gamepass subscription on the microsoft portal. The portal sends me to BT/EE to cancel, but I can't login. It seems like I'm in an infinite loop of trying to register, sending a verification code, trying to logon, sending a verification code.
I have contacted the Microsoft Support directly and they assured me this is not a scam from BT/EE, but a known issue. They have mentioned your name to ask for help.
Is this something you can help me with please?
