I recently upgraded to fibre 900 and was told I would get 12 months gamepass free.
Couldn't add on website so spoke to bt on the phone last week who filled iut a webform and said I would recieve a code within 7 days.
7 says has now passed and I have not heard a thing. Anybody else had this problem?
